Returns & Exchange Policy

Our policy allows you 14 days to exchange your item from the date that you received it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in in their original condition and in their original packaging.

In The Event of Damage

We carefully pack all of our orders to minimise the possibility of any damage, but unfortunately, we cannot always ensure that our items will arrive in perfect condition.

In the event that your product arrives damaged, please notify us in writing within 5 days of receiving your order.

Any damaged returns will only be dealt with when the items arrive back to us and have been reviewed.

Damaged items will only be considered for a refund if they are returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. The company will not make any refund if a product has been altered in any way.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed with your refund.
